Also, I want to hear more about the Christman family fortune.

What’s the deal with Liam, I’ve only really listened to a couple episodes of WTYP so I’m not caught up with the drama or the day to day struggles faced by the podcaster class

i just listen to random ones i think i'll find interesting, which probably skews earlier. i think the newer ones i have listened to are mostly about current events which would provide less opportunity for talking about the soviets lol

He claims to be an anarchist of some stripe but is mostly just a reactionary anticommunist. He spends most of the time on the podcast musing about times when he was drunk or driving like an idiot (or both). He also loves to interrupt hosts and guests for inane shit.

My favorite episodes are the long ones because Liam goes to sleep. Or the ones without Liam as guest can talk about the technical aspects in more dept. The El Faro episode was a clear example that Liam needs to go.

he's the nepotism hire. Rocz is super knowledgable, with great delivery and fantastic dry humor. Liam is his best friend and brings no other skills to the table.

parasocial relationship time but one kind of gets the feeling liam is for all his faults a really great friend to Rocz. Doesn't necessarily make for good podcasting but you can see how it happens.

I have no issue with Liam as a person and I'm sure he's a great friend. I take no fault with any of that. It's just weird to have him on the podcast when it doesn't add anything.

I think he has some allright bits. Mostly I think the fact that people keep throwing a shitfit about him is very weird.

Liam is his best friend and brings no other skills to the table.

He did the editing for a while, before Devon took over.

Also, half of the Leftist podcast space is just best friends inviting each other onto their podcasts to grow out the space. Street Fight begat Chapo begat CumTown begat Pod Damn America begat Ballin' Out Super... Its all just dudes rocking.

I'll never get the people who hate on Liam. Dude's not a RadLib or a Revanchist or whatever. He's just from Philly. If you can't handle that then you're never going to achieve anything resembling Leftist Unity.

I sort of agree with you. Again, I have no issue with Liam. I just also have no interest in listening to Liam. And I don't like when Liam keeps me from listening to Rocz, who I do want to listen to.

I'll admit, I enjoy my hard-edged civil engineering lecture broken up a bit by folks heckling from the back of the classroom.

Even Trot Dads can get into this one. True left unity. (I don't hate Liam but he's annoying with the anti Soviet shit)
