If it were me, the country would be locked down, the police and military would be mobilized to help deliver goods to people who need it medical supplies food etc and make sure no one is breaking lockdown
The thing is, if that were done from February to May of 2020, then the whole pandemic would have been stymied right there. It would have saved many more lives and been exponentially less costly.
Sure would’ve. But we’re not there anymore, and that doesn’t mean it should be ignored, it just means it’s a lot more expensive.
I want someone to take over and act like covid appeared today, and be rightly horrified. Act like we just discovered it and we’re not gonna rest until it’s joined smallpox
