Frankly, I never even considered pacing myself.
Like, what? How did I not think to devise a system for pacing myself instead of a system of "doing things and check-marking them?"
I'm not being sarcastic, I'm genuinely a bit at a loss for why I didn't think of this earlier.

no wonder i'm either busting ass all day or spending an entire day sitting around, muscles aching, totally demotivated
Really starting to think I have a touch of the tism on top of the ADHD myself
But I live in America where it will cost me lots of money for an official diagnosis and get me no material benefits
