Avoiding doing stuff that your citizens would criticize you for, and keeping them happy/healthy enough to do the work that's needed, that's Bad Actually.
With this attitude, no wonder China needs to pay so many westerners to be CPC bots. These youth are going to grow up far too balanced to become extremely online.
