People should hold themselves to a high standard, and phrase things with actual commitment and responsibility. Who or what exactly benefits from the usage of weasel words and hedges? And compared to what detriment?

It makes the narrative not about climate change or people reacting to climate change in irrational ways but instead about themselves. Yesterday it was not even called a "psyop", people were just calling them feds. Adding "psychological" to the narrative inserts the self into the narrative. It's twitter brain.
