No posts are visible yet, but it is typical (on Mastodon anyway) to only see newly created content after federation is established.
it seems like pre-federation comments and upvotes don't always carry over from Hexbear (e.g. look at lemmygrad.ml/c/sino and hexbear.net/c/sino)
