I rolled it as a backup during the Great Unpleasantness a while back and it's just been chilling unused for... Jesus Christ, like four years apparently... and the recent bullshit on Reddit and our losing war against the relentless horde of libs shitting up our nice commie subreddit was the impetus for us to try to move it over. We've also unlocked the Reddit sub for a while to see if we can't bring some of the cooler posters over, who knows if it takes or not 🤷♂️

First user to search for a new comm has to type it manually, but then it should be available through community search
Oh very interesting. So now that someone has done it, it will show up in search for everyone else? Very weird how that works but it's kinda neat. This also means that it would actually be helpful for folks to put lists of good comms up and post them just so that they're searchable later by others.
