Similarly to an organized general strike, an organized movement of veganism can hit animal exploiters where it hurts. It's also good to start living the life that might come after a revolution, in a sense that once certain policies were put in place you would already have been living that way and could help others go through the transition (sorry if that sounds LARPy, I've been writing the essay and a lot of it is about education and alienation relating to these kinds of movements and changes).
