      depends how much you weigh and whether you're getting your vitamins, really. the only thing that would concern me is that that means they were eating so little that they probably weren't getting too many vitamins, but on the other hand 60 days is hardly long enough to even develop vitamin deficiencies. burning fat isn't on its own particularly good or bad for you, no matter how fast or slow it happens
