Catholicism would be so much cooler if they were just openly polytheistic. Imagine a holiday named like that but its with some sort of feminine god of justice and you light a platter of food on fire in her honor and then have a feast.
I mean, we could still have a feast on these days. It's probably not a thing with Wh*te Catholics but having fun and partying with a lot of food is part of these feast days in Hispanic culture, like Tres Reyes for example.
