Maybe he was shot in the wrong ear. All these news outlets are saying he was shot in the right ear and it just seems presumptuous for how early it is.

Yes. Since he was shot in the right ear it'll be harder for him to listen to those on the right and easier to hear voices from the left. This will push Trump left.
