But the meditative side of Yoga definitely has significant psychosocial benefits, not necessarily more than other forms of meditation, but if it floats your boat yogic meditation can certainly improve your QOL.
Yoga is just stretching, there’s nothing inherently special about it.
Much of yoga is about meditative states and sensory integration.
