God, imagine if VFX teams were given a reasonable amount of time to complete their work (plus fair compensation). CGI in movies might look actually good instead of trash.
I would go far enough to say the bad CGI in the Marvel movies are actually turning people off of them along with the fatigue.
Hoping this spreads out into other 3D-related fields. Game dev unions would be incredible
