    I remember when calling someone a coconut meant that they were black on the outside and white in the middle. Kind of like a black person who fights to maintain the racist status quo.

      Charli is a pop singer. Brat is her new album. It's really good and has taken off as a cultural moment kind of thing, so stuff like "X is brat" or "Y is so julia" are memes that are incomprehensible to anyone who isn't into this level of eternally online alt-pop culture
