Any test that relies on self-reported answers is going to be partially bullshit.

This is particularly true in the Feeling/Thinking dimension of MBTI.
"Do you think with your MIND or with your FEELINGS???" Yeah I'm sure literally anyone answered that one truthfully.

That said it's gotta have some amount of correlation to actual personality traits, and I can say consistently that INTJs (or rather, people who evaluate themselves to be INTJs) are the worst ones overall. I consistently test INTP. I think generally anybody with J, and to a lesser extent T and N, are going to be intolerable people to be around. To be honest the very existence of J is incompatible with T, because Judging is inherently a Feeling activity.

MBTI is bad and cringe but is probably slightly accurate with a weak correlation coefficient of like .3 or something. As bad as it is, it's still nowhere near the absolute astrology that is the political compass.
