They have the same hollow policies. The difference is that Pete isn’t a dying, demented old man. Not to mention that he did well in the early primary states.

I don’t get the DNC.

      I think it’s also partially about the makeup of the states that vote on Super Tuesday. It’s mostly Southern states and black voters. Pete definitely wasn’t strong enough with that subset of voters to bet the farm on. If the Midwest voted on Super Tuesday instead, we might have Pete as the nominee.

      Also I’m sure the DNC was concerned with Pete’s sexuality hurting him with the conservative voters they care so much about.

      yup. obama could have endorsed biden at any point during the primary, if he was who they wanted. they panicked because of bernie.
