Hope this can mean some kind of thaw between Vietnam and the PRC and ease of tensions in the South China Sea, but I'm admittedly kind of ignorant on Vietnamese politics and their tepidness towards Beijing since PLA deployment to Vietnam/Cambodia/Laos after the US pulled out and need to read up on that if anyone has some recs
