I think i should clarify: It is a joke in the way that it's purposefully much more blatant and outrageous as what his actual opinion is (which usually come out on his regular channel, not on his streams where he just talks shit for hours, that's literally what the streams are for). You can call it pathetic, i don't like it either, but that's why i am not watching his streams, only the main channel content.
