IPA brewed with spruce tips
Aroma: piney up front, notes of honey and slight citrus
Palate: definitely spruce first, some piney hops, light caramel and toffee notes, slightly sticky mouth feel
Finish: bitterness and pine, but a sticky sweetness that lingers, Christmas tree on the exhale
