That's sad, I'm sorry to hear it. 30 hours is a big chunk, how about a free online course or as BobDole suggested, some light reading?
Download a bunch of textbooks on a topic that you are interested in, and start reading. At least, say, 5 pages per day.
Play Pokemon Showdown Online, watch people flip through artbooks on YouTube, solo play Dark Fort and Darker Forts (Mork Borg-associated solo TTRPG games) on some printed paper and use an online dice roller. Watch Ef A Tale Of Melodies.
Go on itch.io and play purrgatory.
Then play Soul Void and Flesh, Blood, & Concrete.
