For sure, kind of to be expected of him, there were a lot of phrases and lines biden said that seemed rehearsed or forced. Like the inshallah that was posted about here. He's not nearly as smooth or able to improvise as trump
He called him the worst president in American history which is meaningfully far out from the norms of an American political debate. Only Bernie among the primary candidates would've taken it that far to his face in an unplanned way.

Nah he said a bunch of insults towards Trump. It wasn't anything as funny as "listen fat" or something like that, but he did call him all sorts of names, just not with a gut punch effect.
