(which is fake, no not even the theatrical run features it sadly, but its total plausibility led to it appearing in Adam Curtis documentaries even)
It may have been in a Netflix localization released around 2014-2015 that has since been scrubbed, but nobody seems to be able to produce conclusive proof.
