Yeah, "we have to end capitalism" is a great take for a teenager and miles ahead of where I was at her age. Also, to be completely honest, at this stage I feel like it's a success to get people wanting to abolish capitalism, whether they want "socialism", "anarchism", or "idk, something left but new, I don't have the vocab for it" afterwards?

exactly. im overjoyed if someone under the age of twenty has a half decent grasp of how thoroughly fucked the world is regardless of how they think fixing it might work.

given how many people over the age of forty that dont, it seems pretty great on its own

If I remember correctly her popularity is due to her parents working in/having connections with a PR firm. They are doing a fine job trying to stop climate activists from going beyond liberalism.

ohh noooo, popular rich people are problematically rich and popular, ohh noooo.

        who gives a fuck.

climate activists have always been and likely will always be massively useless libs, with very few exceptions, so blaming that one on anyones current pr firm activities is a fucking laugh.

if they were gonna go monkey wrenching, they wouldnt be listening to a teenager

edit: if youre downvoting me for saying this, i will lay money on the fact that you have never been monkey wrenching :cope:
