Interestingly you can multiple vitamin deficiencies from consuming only goat products. The eggs may keep that at bay but that's not much of a backup plan

I will probably never stop eating eggs. I feel like that is the least unethical non-vegan food source.

This is demonstrably false if you are talking about chicken eggs unfertilized.

Go ahead and talk about the ethics of keeping chickens and harvesting their eggs or eating chicken periods but I am almost 100% certain this is bullshit.

eggs come from chickens. chickens are bred. half of all hatched chicks are male. because they are useless to the egg industry, they are dumped into a big grinder (while fully conscious) and crushed into a paste. half of all chickens bred for the egg industry are immediately killed. seven billion every year, thirteen every minute.

of course, female chickens are also killed at a fraction of their natural lifespan once they stop being productive.
