    Ok, I dont see what the problem is here. When you are doing a photoshoot, it usually involved quite a few variations and changes until you get a few good shots. And in the case nobody will just take photos of Trump actually working (as if he does lol), but will be a proper photoshoot. I don't see the problem with changing the room, removing the coat and so on and of course photos from a single photoshoot would be close together in time. I feel like Im missing what the noise is all about.

      I just can't imagine a Trump that's on oxygen and struggling to walk changing his entire outfit and room in less than 10 minutes, the time data is obviously fake.

        I'm imagining an entire team of at least 20 people rushing to dress him up like a professional stage crew on Broadway. "WE GOTTA PROP THE PRESIDENT UP LIKE FDR IN T MINUS 10 MINUTES, THIS IS NOT A DRILL, ALL HANDS ON DECK, GO GO GO GO"
