Epistemological crisis. Basically, the world as we know it is collapsing and nobody has any fucking clue on how to understand what is going on. More spiritually inclined people will move to different spiritual stuff, more non-spiritual people will move to different non-spiritual stuff. There was also a birth of a bunch of new spiritualist religions during the Bolshevik Revolution. Many were incorporated and supported by the Soviets.

Rather than make fun of these people it's our duty to let them be spiritual but guide their activity into places of anti-capitalism.
