I don't think this album cover ever got released, but it did make the news! They pulled the discs before making it to shelves (think the planned release was october or november).
The gag is, The Coup had that cover designed in June 2001, and it was ready to go and release mid-September. They had to pull it because it was too fucking funny after the 11th.
Move the date to be earlier because the original cover cause a shitstorm with their label and was changed, and you can see the OG cover in another comment
