          You'd be surprised how many people internalize that belief and take it into adulthood. Mrs. Meanface leaves an impression on some people.

          As a former educator, I personally am glad cursive is mostly phased out and probably isn't going to be taught at all in most places anymore, that said.

            I was mostly groping for a neutral "making me eat my vegetables and go to bed" but for teachers instead of parents
