This kind of talk sounds so completely disconnected from reality to anybody who hasn’t been mainlining Silicon Valley propaganda for the past 30 years that it would be considered too on the nose if they put it in a movie.
I remember heading out to the SVB location right after the collapse because I happened to be right there, and there was a lady who said she was an accountant/CPA handing out “dance your sadness away” pamphlets to the suits walking in and out of the building and another guy who appeared to be college-aged trying to shill his startup to the same suits (they ignored him). It’s a really special place, in the worst way possible
