        I don't recognize it as a dogwhistle (not to say it isn't, necessarily), it just echoes an old common structure from someone who felt jilted.

          Oh, it's absolutely a dog whistle. Maybe not commonly used everywhere, but I see it a lot in the comments on videos of black people. Sometimes it'll be "well x 3" or something like that. I know it's a phrase commonly used for a long time, but it seems like something The Onion would do
