    Who else tipped their toes into radicalisation by how cringe this backlash and gamergate were? Like I didn’t play videogames for years out of embarrassment for even remotely associated with this.

      I went to her channel when this was all going on hoping for some "Kill all men!" lesbian separatism and all I got was "Maybe women in video games should be more dimensional and less 'Booba-ah-Wooga!' for their personality."

      Still ended up subbing tho cuz it's decent stuff on an otherwise reactionary platform.

      Yes, gamergate really helped me to get over my anti-feminist phase. I realised how much of an embarrassing temper tantrum it was when I started to look into it and all the figures promoting it

        I don't know if it's similar but it's feels like how alot of tech workers realised Musk was full of shit when he tookover X and entered their domain. The grifters won-over some losers but pushed alot of us to develop a self-awareness that our culture is rotten to the core and we're shit as a product of it.
