there is no chance California is the least bad. it benefits greatly from Hollywood propaganda painting it as some kind of progressive bastion, luring uncountable numbers of people from all over the US to "get discovered" aka exploited and enslaved to an extremely powerful capital formation and it's ghoulish administrators. the housing crisis there is among the worst in the nation!

I remember cops doing an anti drug event at my high school like a decade ago. This was when you could still buy vapes underage in Texas, but none of us knew this until the cop told us. Lets just say, people started vaping at my school when we were 17.
