The dude in the apartment next to me has this yipyap chihuahua that barks fucking constantly. Hate that thing.

The dog doesn't like to use the bathroom in the rain, so sometimes my neighbor will just let him shit on the hall floor by the building's door, then pick it up and hope nobody in the building notices. Great plan, slightly ruined by the fact that the hall then smells like shit for a week.
