It's honestly not terrible, it's medium density. I guess they'd call them brownstones in other cities, buildings with like 3 apartments in them all connected with balconies/decks in the back. Most of Baltimore's housing stock is either these or rowhomes. I'd hate living in an apartment complex.

Yeah you guys had a lot of those when I visited. I think they were popular in the 20s when chi was booming.
