    question 1 the no argument is just fear mongering about shit that would be illegal anyways.

    question 2 obviously ranked choice is better for electoralism being used to create a vanguard so there is no question.

    Yes for both. Right to repair is good for the consumer (who is usually also a worker) because it lets independent shops work on cars only dealerships would have worked on otherwise. Ranked choice voting is not going to solve all our political problems like some of its advocates think but it's better than first past the post.
