I'm not sure whether to fill in the bubble for the Greens or write in PSL. Which one would make libs madder?

They believe the Greens are a Republican+Russian psyop and have put a lot of effort into getting them off the ballot and even running ads against them.

They probably don't even know what PSL is.😒

Both are the exact same thing: a vote for Trump, so how could there be a difference between how mad they'll make libs? trump-moist

If voting PSL or Greens is the same as voting Trump, why does that make the libs mad? I thought they wanted to reach across the aisle to a strong republican party?

Green feels like a powerful pick in the short-run, but PSL really feels like the ideal party for much later in terms of election cycles.

During us elections you often have house, state, and local elections at the same time. These are traditionally below the presidential vote if on a single ballot.

It means if we're not in a revolution, and we are focusing on electoralism, then PSL needs down ballot candidates. City council, dog catcher, I don't care. Something other than president because president isn't going to happen. We need activism on the local level.

PSL is not running because of electoralism. They're running as a tactic to expand their organization. It's for propaganda and outreach, not for making change by winning elections.

the Greens for sure, in lemmy world most of their posts are about the evil putin-controlled greens trying to get trump to win

I feel like telling people you did a write in candidate is more akin to "throwing your vote away" to libs then the Greens. They'll say "I've never even heard of PSL why would you vote for them!?"

Stein would make them madder but PSL has two nonwhite names so that'll make them more scared, your call

write ins aren't tallied unless there are more votes for write-ins than any listed candidate
