One, interesting that they’re pulling out the old “Terrorist base under the hospital” excuse from last year, in Gaza they’ve fully stopped trying to make excuses and just attack hospitals constantly

Two, while obviously Hezbollah does not have millions of dollars in cash sitting in a bunker because they’re a real organization that would invest assets like that in some way, even if they did okay and??? That’s still none of your fucking business?

This genuinely bothers me so much, even though Israel lies constantly, even if everything they said was true they’re still in the wrong and the claims they keep making don’t justify what they’re doing even if they were true. There’s nothing saying that if a political party or local militia in a neighboring country keeps money in a bunker you can bomb whatever’s on top and take it?

Brb gonna bomb Fort Knox which is okay because the US army is hiding billions of dollars

I don't believe them. But like Hezbollah is not just a paramilitary, it's a civil and political organisation that employs thousands of people, in a country that has had multiple financial crisis's. Even before you get to things like US sanctions and freezes, it makes sense to have cash on hand so you can pay people? Buy supplies? etc.

Exactly! A semi-governmental organization has good reason to have cash reserves, cash being in a place isn’t a justification of anything even if it were true!

Just the most random fucking reasons for why a bombing would be okay (it wouldn't, I agree). It's shit kids tv-levels of justification for the 'protagonist's' actions but the media runs with it, anyway, as if any of it is credible. It shows how little they care about whether Israel's actions are justified and it's propagandists, with the media, have only slightly less contempt for the consumers of the stories as for the ultimate victims.

Never believe that Zionists are completely unaware of the absurdity of their statements.

Headline phrased in a way to make it sound like the bunker definitely exists, and only its contents are in question

And it would've been shorter too:

Israel claims bunker with millions of dollars under Beirut hospital.

It's a day ending in y if it's war news and "Israel" and "hospital" are mentioned in the same sentence.

Israel did not provide evidence for its claim that cash was being kept under the hospital. Instead, it published an animated graphic that purported to show a bunker under the hospital and said it had previously been used to hide the former secretary general of Hezbollah, Hassan Nasrallah.
