Pretty depressed about Trump seemingly bouncing back so easily, though silver lining is it seems that he has led the republican higher ups to start all but licking door knobs.
Take what I can get I guess.
Also, trying to sober up during covid is fucking rough. I feel like GARBAGE, tired all the time. Starting to get a bit of energy back, but it is sporadic.
Oh and despite the constant fatigue my insomnia is still there as always lmao. I hate brains.
Can't find any work either. I write freelance, but it seems that my usual clients are fucking broke and there's very little jobs that aren't "entry level" that pay insulting rates at the moment.
Gonna work on a DnD campaign for my two friends. I'm playing through stuff solo, that way I'm extra prepared. It's surprisingly fun playing 5e solo. Just grab a random module and try not to read too far ahead. It's a fun imagination exercise.
Never thought of playing 5e solo but that sounds dope.
Good luck on the sobriety comrade. I find that trying to exercise every day, no matter how small, goes a long way with me for combating insomnia. I say this though while browsing late instead of sleeping lol
