I was hoping it would be that unfortunately it doesn't go hard enough into the musical element to get there. Which is a shame once I'd heard they licensed a bunch of songs and had Lady Gags I was hoping it would be Joker Horror Picture Show full on and really really really make people upset. I wanted full camp mode. It just doesn't deliver thar and it's a fucking shame. Following Joker with a really silly jukebox musical would have been amazing.
Fully agree. The movie itself isn't bad but the musical stuff is really just minor decoration.
