Rosa wasn’t a “Democratic Socialist” she was a Marxist and communist. Sick of these people trying to glom onto our achievements and thinkers as their own

The “Democratic Socialists” of her day killed her and shoved her from the bridge. Now they puppet her corpse in a crude mockery

If they die before they achieve lasting power, they get co-opted. If they hold power for any length of time, they get slandered.

I'd rather have decades of people misremember me as a bastard than have them parading around my corpse putting words I never said in my mouth in service of preserving liberalism.

"During the lifetime of great revolutionaries, the oppressing classes relentlessly persecute them, and treat their teachings with malicious hostility, the most furious hatred and the most unscrupulous campaign of lies and slanders. After their death, attempts are made to convert them into harmless icons, to canonize them, so to say, and to surround their names with a certain halo for the "consolation" of the oppressed classes and with the object of duping them, while at the same time emasculating the revolutionary doctrine of its content, vulgarizing it and blunting its revolutionary edge" moment.

Very much social democratic with a revolutionary veneer. They run Organizing for Power which promulgates the organizing model of "don't do anything unless 90% of the workforce basically already agrees with you".
