something about the pronouns guy I don't think people talk about enough is that he streamed Starfield for six hours and enjoyed himself. Like he had no ill-will towards the game until he came across the clone character and had the chance for a pronouns rant. He enjoyed something, he had moments where he felt connected to the art, but the siren call of the culture war beckoned him over, and now he's still screaming about pronouns for money.

All that fun evaporated the instant he was so cruelly reminded of the real world politics he was so desperately trying to escape ooooooooooooooh

Duality of man: the only person in the world who actually enjoyed Starfield also hated it because of pronouns.

You know that chuds are lying when they say they care about trans mental health because they fucking love that trans people hurt themselves.

    Every westerner is a fascist.

Oh shit, it's a reference to that? Wait, are they calling fucking Dunkey trans because he poked fun at the most embarrassing manchild in the world??? cat-confused

        No, they're saying

Dunkey can go kill himself "like 41% of trans people do"

Yeah but trans people are at best tangentially related to any of this, these dickheads just have that percentage at the tips of their tongues constantly and are ready to sling hate speech at anything and anyone at the slightest provocation

Yeah but trans people are at best tangentially related to any of this

That's the thing. Anti-trans brainworms are so pervasive that they have to bring up how much they hate trans people at every opportunity they can. Chuds constantly think about their culture war bullshit. Everything has to come back to it because it's half of their personality.

I admire the PR acumen on these dudes for alienating the average Dunkey watching gamer by wishing death upon an extremely popular gaming personality for something this minor

They categorically don't mean well and see vulnerable people as targets to bully and silence.

Yeah exactly this, it's all just concern trolling so they can feel superior to you.

Dunkey is a video game reviewer known for very funny reviews that are very popular. As with anything else popular on youtube, CHUDs flock to the comments to try and "control the narrative" or whatever buzzwords they are using this week.

Starfield is a video game where you can choose your pronouns at the start of the game. The guy above went on a massive meltdown while streaming the game when he saw that pronouns existed in it and became a bit of a meme.

Because CHUDs have no sense of shame, he is trying to capitalise on being a pathetic manchild and a group of pathetic manchildren are responding to him in the comments because he normalises their toxic worldview.

Hey what's up, army of manchildren, wanna continue to be my loyal sycophants and display your utterly odious presence upon this comment section? Sound like a good use of your time?

Dunkey occupies a sort of RedLetterMedia-esque position where his content is non-political enough that it's palatable to audiences across the entire political spectrum

Dunkey also has a legacy of chuddery in online games (see his history with League of Legends) so I wouldn't be surprised if that's a factor too

Yeah, I misunderstood this post at first thinking Dunkey was being transphobic as well because I remember him being the typical Gamer manchild, slurs and all, that one would expect to be that way. I haven't seen anything from him in years so maybe he's different now, but I was a little surprised to see he has fans here because he definitely seemed like an edgy loser back then.

What’s up with the voice acting? Is Bioware just totally hollowed out and everything is phoned in or is it bad at large? i threw on a long play of dragon age: origins and skimmed through it. While still goofy, it at least tried to take itself seriously.

Hasn't Veilguard been in development for almost a decade? Maybe it was written before people were completely fed up with smarmy Marvel dialogue

I read article saying basically this. The concept is basically Dragon Age: Avengers but they finished it years after that was played out

That's absolutely brilliant, just stellar corporate decision making chefs-kiss

It'll still be a bummer if Bioware gets taken behind the shed by EA for this though

is there any category of behavior more craven and disgusting than simping for a youtuber in someone else's comments?
