    Wouldn't it be a better idea to buy a pack of water and sell the individual bottles??

      Easier to convert SNAP $ to real $. No one is gonna buy bottled water from a homeless person

          Digging through garbage doesn’t seem low effort. Getting free cases of water is way easier.
