Norman Finkelstein: "I doubt Kamala Harris could find Gaza on the map. I do, I very much doubt she could find [untintelligible]. I don't think she could find anything on a map except for Los Angeles and San Francisco. She's a moron. She's incapable of a lucid thought. She is."

i try to look for silver linings in all the clouds before me and the fact that the moderate mainstream narratives about the election results is minimizing blame on leftists (yet).

i wish that the impact on the genocide was more explicitly prominent when they say that kamala didn't "distance" herself enough from biden; but at least it's not leading to tankie witch hunts (also yet).

      (yet)... (also yet)

Dems pols, insiders, and their base are shell shocked. Right now most of their venom is directed at Trump voters. But eventually they'll want a facile explanation about why Kamala's expected vote count was down by ~10 million. Some voters will blame her but the rest of the voters will do what the dems always do - blame anybody but her.

i don't doubt that there will be at least one witch hunt eventually. i look for silver linings and, at least for now, the overwhelming majority grasping for meaning in something they refuse to understand hasn't yet started the which hunts and i'm grateful for it.
