weird how they try to make it a possibility that the victim here fired a round from his handgun. No witness saw him with a gun drawn, not even the lying pigs claimed he fired, the gun was in his pocket when he died, and there was no .380 bullet found on the scene. It's most likely that the casing in the car was from range practice at some previous time— wouldn't there be gunpowder residue on his hand if he fired?
