I use to watch this guy and his yank buddy’s motorcycle vlogs, which were a lot of fun. their perspective as two half-normal-guy, half-failsons moving to another continent and trying to build a new life were interesting, and their take on China wasn’t as cynical and racebaiting. it was more along the lines of “China is a beautiful but very odd place with a cynical understanding of law, wealth, and power”, but ever since they left the country it has become entirely in line with the “china bad” grift
