Tbh, it's kind of weird for so many anglos to just focus in on the X in Spanish, when almost all major gendered languages have pushes for inclusivity and even Spanish has numerous gender neutral suffixes. If you don't like -x, you can use -o/a, -@, or just use a bit more detail, "personas latinas".

Interestingly, my experience is that people in Mexico tend to use -e.
