    What is revolutionary Marxist students ? I've seen them on a few campuses but I can never find anything online about who they are or what circles they're associated with.

    Also this is weird as hell ngl. The main issue w the contract is part timers not getting enough of a raise, but O'Brien is a business unionist that was a coalition pick to oust corrupt Hoffa Jr and his chosen successor. Nobody is under the delusion that O'Brien is a syndicalist or anything, and he did a good job not folding in a sham contract like Hoffa did many many times.

    Join the teamsters and work to push them left if that's your position. Attacking the left coalition pushing the teamsters left for not being left enough is a weird ass position, especially when it's like wtf are you doing.

      This is the correct position.

      Communists have been too divorced from the labor movement for too many years. Just from the nascent emergence of the ghost of an organized left has begun to respark the labor movement in America. Imagine how much more beautiful it could be if communists were building party cells in multiple workplaces and organizing and educating their coworkers on what they could build towards in a union / what benefits they could gain building a union.

        Because it's not taking into consideration that tdu is already trying to push them left and it's ignoring the very very recent history of extremely corrupt leadership. Like o Brien just took leadership in 2022. There's a reason you haven't heard shit about the teamsters since 1997.
