Maybe, maybe not. From what I can tell, The New Order, another popular HOI4 mod, does the opposite. TNO's whole point seems to basically be that fascism is doomed to fail, often through nuclear annihilation.
yeah, but the mods in TNO are controled by both sides centrists that think the US helping nazi germany against the soviets lead by zhukov its a good thing
