It seems to be a meme making fun of twitter discourse, especially post-gamergate anti woke discourse, by taking a template that appears in chud posts about how they don't find female characters in games sexy enough and taking the piss out of them by being absurdist. but maybe that's not the intent I don't really follow twitter stuff.

Yeah, I don't think there's a choice. The dog is living pretty well while he's on medicine, but the medicine is very expensive, and eventually it's likely he will develop an immunity.
