Nothing good to say at all. When I heard Nancy fell down and couldn’t get up, the vision of this meme popped into my head. I found the upper right pic in a Google search and I cracked up at the comparison to the Assad pic, so I made the meme. It’s really not any deeper than that. It’s just a play on the notion that they two of them are “enemies” even though of course they aren’t IRL.
